About
Probandle
Probandle is a daily diagnosis game for clinical genetics, inspired by Wordle and Doctordle.
Behind it is an almost fully automated pipeline: cases are built from clinical facts extracted from four public databases (the HPO, Orphanet, MONDO and GenCC), drafted by AI inside a set of game and validation rules, and reviewed by a person before they can be scheduled.
The cases are simplified for the sake of the game, so they may contain inaccuracies.
